We are looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant, working in the Pharmaceuticals & Medical Products industry in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey, United States.
Coordinates within Oncology and inter-department to manage and maintain calendar for the VP, Executive Director, and 2 Directors.
Arranges meeting, webex and teleconference calls.
Prepares agenda and take minutes.
Researches travel options via internet both domestic and international and then coordinate with travel agency (Egencia) to finalize arrangements (i.e. car service, train/air/hotel). If conference/seminar-related, register for conference and book all logistics via conference website.
Processes travel and entertainment expense reimbursements using ADP Concur. Reconciles purchasing cards on a monthly basis.
Purchases supplies for the department and process payments.

Experience Required for Your Success
Associate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, English, or other relevant field.
5+ years experience in pharmaceutical industry.
General knowledge of accounting and invoice processing within an automated financial system.
SRM/SAP purchasing/invoice processing experience a plus.
