We're looking for an Assistant Controller, working in the Telecommunications industry in West Valley City, Utah, United States.
Manage AR aging and collection efforts (includes leading weekly collections meetings to ensure regular progress).
Review and approve AP and AR transactions.
Review and report new orders to the commission's team.
Review and analyze balance sheet account balances, and see if there are any old items that need to be cleaned up.
Support Controller monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Accept time peaks at month-end closing.
The pay range we are offering is 30 to 37 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
Diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance or recognized professional qualifications in Accountancy
8 years of related experience in finance, accounting, and/or process change management
Strong foundation in Oracle, MS Office especially in Excel and Powerpoint
