We're looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist, working in the Pharmaceuticals & Medical Products industry in West Deptford, New Jersey, United States.
Ensures all necessary account documentation is received and validated in a timely manner.
Presents and explains documentation and requirements to the customer.
Works directly with customers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
Provides onboarding support including reporting, status meetings and escalated issue resolution to buying groups, group purchasing organizations, third party administrators and other agencies as identified.
Manages, tracks, and escalates key milestones and deliverables to ensure customer expectations are being met.
The pay range we're offering is 12 to 17 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Sales, Marketing, Computer Sciences or similar vocations
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Strong working experience with Microsoft applications, with particular strength in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
