The Opportunity

We're looking for a Director of Asset Management, working in the Real Estate industry in Waltham, Massachusetts, United States.

  • Overseeing the performance of a portfolio of multifamily properties syndicated through the LIHTC program.
  • Implementing proactive strategies to maximize operational performance, enhance cash flow and improve property valuation for disposition.
  • Ensuring properties achieve required benchmarks for release of equity installments.
  • Analyzing performance deficiencies and develop projections and workout scenarios for troubled properties.
  • Understanding regional and metropolitan economic and demographic trends and key multi-family markets.

The pay we're offering is 130,000 per year.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Bachelors Degree in business, finance, real estate or related field.
  • 5+ years of related real estate experience in LIHTC industry
  • Familiarity with partnership structures and taxation, low income housing tax credit program regulations
  • Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of real estate investment analysis
  • Proficient in MS Excel
