The Opportunity

We are looking for a Project Coordinator, working in the Telecommunications industry in Walnut Creek, California, United States.

  • Assist in processing and uploading of documents.
  • Oversee routing of signatures and payment for utility contracts.
  • Process database tasks (FUZE/SiteTracker) towards approvals and in-service.
  • Administrate and reconcile Purchase Orders for SOW contractors.
  • Ship and track Memorandums for recording, follow up as needed.

The pay range we are offering is 35 to 40 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, and Powerpoint)
  • Proficient in Siterra and SiteTracker or similar tools
