The Opportunity

We are looking for a Customer Solutions Representative, working in the IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States.

  • Validate customer entitlement, log case for the purpose of routing or dispatching an end- user to the proper resources.
  • Monitor the service event through completion for compliance.
  • Develop and learn managing customer requests and feedback.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • High school education or GED
  • At least 6 months of call center experience
  • Experience in customer facing role either remote or face to face
  • Ability to understand internal processes and tools
  • Excellent computer proficiency and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail with excellent written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Experience in a phone based remote role
  • Familiar with computer technology
