Take Inbound calls from existing customers intending to cancel their services
Is responsible for addressing their concerns and ensuring their services remain active
Handle billing inquiries, billing errors, service change request, and basic tech-support calls while presenting current promotions

Experience Required for Your Success
Minimum of 1 year tenure at last 3 employers
1 Year of related Experience (within a call center environment preferred)
Customer solutions focused
Motivated by quality/integrity
Desire to grow and excel
Exemplary and verifiable attendance records with previous employers
Dependable transportation to and from work
Excellent communication and articulation skills
Willingness to take/receive 50+ calls per day
