The Opportunity

We're looking for a IBS Sales Administrator, working in the Engineering/Manufacturing industry in The Colony, Texas, United States.

  • Performs administrative functions for a sales team.
  • Works as B2B CSR with specific client accounts.
  • Assists in coordinating sales across those accounts.
  • Schedules appointments, give information to callers, and takes dictation.
  • Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations.
  • Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.
  • May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.

The pay we're offering is 14 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • High school diploma
  • 5 years of experience in the work force.
  • B2B Sales Support is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to type 30 wpm with general accuracy.
  • Familiar with a variety of Sales Field concepts, practices, and procedures.
