The Opportunity

We're looking for an Operations Technician I, working in the Telecommunications industry in Tempe, Arizona, United States.

  • Analyzes, sectionalizes, isolates, and resolves trouble situations. 
  • Manages and correlates multiple trouble reports. 
  • Communicates with customers and vendors to collaborate restoration of various services. 
  • Initiates internal escalations, as necessary. 
  • Provides assistance to peers and participates in ongoing repair process improvement activities.
  • Places proactive outgoing status calls to customers. 
  • Provides follow up and closure of assigned trouble tickets.

The pay we are offering is 21 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Associate's degree in Computer Networking or equivalent demonstrated experience in related technical field or position is required.
  • 1 to 3 years of technical customer call center experience is required.
  • Cisco or Cisco Meraki certifications are preferred.
