The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Custody Tax Operations Analyst, working in the Banking/Finance industry in Tampa, Florida, United States.

  • Support various aspects of Information Reporting for both US Non-Exempt and Non-Resident Alien (NRA) account types.
  • Process tax allocations based on the client's instructions.
  • Understand different tax structures; e.g. tax rate pool, record date allocations, etc.
  • Develop and enhance their product knowledge within a short time frame.
  • Act as a Tax Information reporting specialist.
  • Execute the tax information reporting processes applicable to products issued by Client's businesses.
  • Respond to general tax inquiries related to tax withholding & reporting; reconciliation of income payments against Tax Reporting files & resolve differences.
  • Support FRO's Service Delivery / Engagement model with client constituency and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure tight controls over owned processes to include key controls.

The pay we're offering is 25 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Ability to mine data, create reports (metrics), perform root cause analysis (RCA), and work with multi-functional processes
  • Great MS Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of US Tax withholding is strongly desired
  • Knowledge of IRS tax documents W8s and W9s preferred
