The Opportunity

We're looking for a Bilingual Operations Analyst, working in the Banking/Finance industry in Tampa, Florida, United States.

  • Read, analyze, and understand the different contracts for each client in different jurisdictions.
  • Provide necessary comments to the checklist provided (Transactional Checklist, Documentation Checklist, Deal Implementation checklist, Termination Checklist, and Accounting guideline).
  • Input the operational activities into the Issuer Services Workstation platform according to the transactional Checklist.
  • Input the evidence of each task performed into the system or Sharedrive.
  • Execute the day-to-day activities according to the contractual obligations for each client, using our core system as tickler.
  • Perform collateral obligations accordingly to contract rules (calculation, waterfall, notifications, etc.)
  • Prepare and send (according to the contract and frequency) the commission collection letters to the clients.

The pay we are offering is 28 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Experience working in the operations area in a financial institution
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is desirable)
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work properly and effectively as a member of the Operations Team, aimed at achieving the group's objectives
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with tight deadlines and heavy workload most of the time
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent client relationship skills
  • Proven interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused
  • Highly organized and proactive
  • Quick learner
  • Ability for a good understanding of activities, policies, procedures, regulations of different countries and concepts of the work area
