Reviews and refers responses to incoming email, mail and phone calls.
Fulfills regular and ongoing data management and reporting requirements needed for the operation of the department and works closely with all levels of management and employees internally to achieve full collaboration of data.
Maintains calendar for management by properly balancing an efficient schedule while minimizing conflicts.
Coordinates global site visits and establishes appointment schedules and itineraries.
Collaborates with internal and external contacts to coordinate accomplishment of departmental and interdepartmental meetings.
Coordinates travel arrangements for management, project team members and global leadership.
The pay range we're offering is 30 to 35 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
5 years of work experience as an administrative/executive assistant required.
Microsoft Office packages including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
