The Opportunity

We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst, working in the IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in Sunnyvale, California, United States.

  • Partner with the sales and business groups to support and ensure delivery of applications and align with business and IT strategy.
  • Take part in architecture and design discussions to promote consistency to Salesforce development methodologies.
  • Apply technical expertise and business analysis concepts to identify, evaluate and define complex systems scope and objectives with an understanding of applicable business practices, processes, systems, and industry standards to meet end-user needs.
  • Analyze, adjust, and restructure different aspects of a business.
  • Ensure that a business structure is meeting top output efficiency.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
  • Hands-on Salesforce system setup and configuration experience.
  • Current ADM-201 or 211 or DEV 401 certifications
  • In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, and Partner Communities and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through AppExchange and/or integration with external systems.
  • Must have a functional understanding of software systems and at least fundamental understanding of software coding.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and have interpersonal communication skills.
