The Opportunity

We're looking for a Lean Six Sigma Specialist, working in the IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in Sunnyvale, California, United States.

  • Lead improvement projects using the DMAIC process and other Six Sigma tools to facilitate improvements across the business.
  • Design efficient business processes in order to improve the customer experience, increase organizational efficiency and eliminate non-value add activities/waste elimination.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define, measure, analyze, improve and control root causes and document processes within and across functional areas.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, areas for improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Assess problems and solutions from multiple angles.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • 10+ years of experience in related field preferred
  • Experience leading cross-functional workshops or kaizen events
  • Experience working for a Global organization across multiple functions and regions
  • Experience with MS Visio is preferred
  • Knowledge of Siebel or Salesforce.com is preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification highly preferred
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
