The Opportunity

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative III, working in the Oil & Gas industry in Sugar Land, Texas, United States.

  • Receives, reviews and fulfills international/domestic orders and processes invoices (order entry, delivery, invoicing).
  • Performs inventory management (replenishes, reconcile inventory discrepancies, receiving stock into system, etc.).
  • Enters production orders and relabels.
  • Confirms/maintains customer master data is kept up to date.
  • Liaises with transport, supply points, logistics and freight forwarders to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and problems are resolved efficiently.
  • Facilitates resolution of inquiries and customer concerns related to the order, delivery and invoice process.
  • Participates in training of customer service personnel.
  • Handles multiple product line(s) with multiple entity support.
  • Writes procedures and assists in establishment of department policies.
  • Handles special projects, as assigned.

The pay we're offering is 30 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of customer service experience with chemical support; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of SAP (order entry, delivery, and invoice processing) experience.
  • Inventory management experience (reconcile inventory discrepancies, yearly physical counts).
