The Opportunity

We're looking for a Sourcer III, working in the Biotechnology/Medical Devices industry in South San Francisco, California, United States.

  • Works with fellow Sourcers, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and our Inclusion & Diversity team to understand requirements of various roles and teams. 
  • Builds a representative pipeline, inclusive of talent traditionally underrepresented in the healthcare/technology industry through through referral generation, online sourcing, events, and sourcing campaigns.
  • Screens resumes and interview candidates.
  • Recommends creative and results-oriented ideas to cultivate a diverse pipeline.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Minimum of 3 years sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team
  • At least 1 year in Diversity and Equity specific sourcing 
  • Experience working with and building equitable sourcing strategies with hiring managers
