We're looking for a Research Associate I, working in the Biotechnology/Medical Devices industry in South San Francisco, California, United States.
Performs research and/or development in collaboration with others for projects.
Performs cell cultivation to identify suitable lots of primary human hepatocytes for regularly-performed cytotoxicity assays, and establishing 3-demensional spheroids for supporting our drug discovery programs.
Makes detailed observations, analyzes data and interprets results.
Investigates, creates and develops new methods and technologies for project advancement.
The pay range we are offering is 25 to 30 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
Able to work independently or under the direct supervision to perform or support non-GLP laboratory experiments
Knowledge in applicable techniques (primary cell culture, flow cytometry, gene expression analysis, cell viability, high content screening, etc.) as required
High level of independent work specifically with regards to method and model development
Ability to independently perform all methods and conduct all study types commonly employed by the team
