We're looking for a Help Desk Representative, working in the Banking/Finance industry in South Jordan, Utah, United States.
Provide the highest level of customer service.
Answer incoming calls, track all information in a call tracking system and use a knowledge base tool along with their expertise to resolve issues in a timely fashion.
Listen to the customer to gain an accurate understanding of the situation.
Support all aspects of client support and immediately compute needs while demonstrating professionalism and composure on the phone, via an online chat and/or in person.
Identify and work with internal end users to provide guidance and support, sound communications and customer service principles without becoming unprofessional in difficult situations.
Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware or software problems.
The pay we are offering is 21 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
High School Diploma or GED
1 year of recent help desk experience or 2-5 years of proven, qualified related work experience in a comparable complex, high tech and fast paced work environment
