The Opportunity

We're looking for a Creative Project Manager, working in the Insurance industry in Seattle, Washington, United States.

  • Tracks and reports on the status of campaigns to ensure that the major stages of campaign creation are delivered on time.
  • Creates tracking codes for all communication materials, maintains documentation of the codes and supplies the codes to the web analytics team.
  • Performs campaign retirement activities decommissioned from Sitecore and Salesforce.
  • Shares project status regularly, escalates issues, and develops mitigation plans.
  • Maintains the site ad calendar and tracks all ad insertions and removals.
  • Analyzes the size of audiences for various ad combinations.
  • Ensures the correct tracking codes are applied to ads and communicates to the web analytics team.

The pay we are offering is 29 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • 2+ years of project management experience in a marketing or creative group
  • Familiarity with web reporting and tracking code creation
  • Salesforce/Marketing Cloud experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite including MS Excel - vlookups, pivot tables, and large data sets
  • High degree of adaptability and previous experience using influence/persuasion skills in a matrix environment
