Handling inbound and outbound customer care calls with outstanding customer service satisfaction.
Answering questions from customers and addressing concerns.
Keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

Experience Required for Your Success
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year call center experience
Comprehension of computers and Microsoft Office
