We're looking for a Receptionist, working in the Admin/Clerical industry in Schaumburg, Illinois, United States.
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Assist clients in finding their way around the office.
Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans.
Answer phones in a professional manner, and rout calls as necessary.
Assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
The pay range we are offering is 12 to 18 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
High school diploma or GED
Prior experience as a receptionist or in related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
