We're looking for an Office Clerk/Assistant, working in the Admin/Clerical industry in Schaumburg, Illinois, United States.
Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues.
Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
Assist in office management and organization procedures.
Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages.
Operate standard office equipment such as personal computers, printers, copiers, scanners, fax.
The pay range we are offering is 13 to 18 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
High School diploma or GED
1 year of experience performing clerical work
Basic Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Experience utilizing filing systems
Capable of conducting simple arithmetic computations and balance figures
