The Opportunity

We're looking for a Project Manager, working in the Biotechnology/Medical Devices industry in Santa Monica, California, United States.

  • Provide leadership and direction for cross-functional projects and initiatives of high impact and visibility.
  • Develop and implement best-in-class PM processes and tools/templates such as project schedules, Gantt charts, action/decision logs, RACIs, risk registers, meeting agendas/minutes, etc.
  • Ensure delivery of high quality integrated cross-functional project plans, effective management of project activities, and control of project timelines.
  • Provide PM support for strategic Program Management (pipeline) projects, operations teams, and other groups as assigned.
  • Support lifecycle management for programs as assigned.

The pay we are offering is 77 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sciences with 8-10 years of project management experience; or Master’s degree in Sciences with 6-8 years of project management experience
  • 5 years of project management experience in biotech or pharma industry
  • Cell therapy experience is preferred
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Microsoft Project is required
