We're looking for a Administrative Assistant, working in the IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in San Jose, California, United States.
Manages Director's calendar by prioritizing schedules and meetings.
Assists Director in planning and organizing meetings by taking responsibility for assembling the agenda, location, meeting technology (WebEx, TP) based upon participant needs, and all other meeting logistics.
Supports Director by acting as proxy for communications and approvals as authorized.
Makes travel arrangements for the principal.
Provides analytical support to assist Executive on special projects.
The pay range we're offering is 22 - 26 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
High school diploma or GED
6+ years experience in an administrative environment
Minimum of two years of experience supporting a principal who was at the Director level and above
Advanced knowledge of Mac/Windows desktop computer applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Past work experience in the high-tech industry is desired
Advanced desktop calendar management program experience
