We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in the Retail industry in San Antonio, Texas, United States.
Serve as initial point of contact for Prior Authorization requests from members, providers, and other callers through the algorithm driven automated criteria based prior authorization process
Maintain complete, timely and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials.
The pay we are offering is 14 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.
