The Opportunity

We're looking for a Receptionist, working in the Insurance industry in Rochester, New York, United States.

  • Administer incoming calls and greet visitors to ensure callers and guests are appropriately directed in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties (light filing and typing) as requested.
  • Maintain high regard for member privacy in accordance with the corporate privacy policies and procedures.
  • Organize and maintain up-to-date corporate information and telephone listings

The pay range we're offering is 8 to 11 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Associates degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Receptionist or customer service experience in an employment setting of 50+ people required
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
