Documentation Specialist I

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Documentation Specialist I, working in the Pharmaceuticals & Medical Products industry in Ridgefield, New Jersey, United States.

Job description:
  • Data entry into site training database to maintain employee training files 
  • Updates files to document completed training
  • Updates learning plans to reflect new items requiring training
  • Adjusts training due dates where appropriate
  • Runs training reports
  • Sorts and files paper training files
  • Follows up on overdue training
  • Provides new hire orientation training in a classroom setting and as needed, other training 

The pay we are offering is 22 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Bachelors degree in Biology, Chemistry, other life science or instructional design or related field
  • Strong people skills 
  • Strong organization skills 
  • Strong attention to details 
  • High motivation level
