The Opportunity

We're looking for a Customer Advocate II, working in the Insurance industry in Richardson, Texas, United States.

  • Researches and responds to telephone and written/electronic inquiries in a prompt, accurate and objective manner.
  • Serves as the first line of contact to both providers and members.
  • Provides general administrative and clerical support to both members and providers.

The pay range we are offering is 11 to 12 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.
