The Opportunity

We're looking for a Audio and Video Specialist, working in the IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in Redwood City, California, United States.

  • Check AV/conference room to ensure rooms are in working order.
  • Track and email end users who submit negative user feedback in our global conference rooms.
  • Check on the AV monitoring dashboard and send out follow-up messages to local point-of-contacts to investigate any issues presented within the tool.
  • Ensure Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars operate efficiently and with minimal technical issues.
  • Assist in our HQ Conferencing Center AV booth and provide smooth operation of daily event meetings.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience as an Audio and Video Specialist is required
  • Familiarity working in an IT Helpdesk ticketing system
