The Opportunity

We're looking for a Loan Processor, working in the Banking/Finance industry in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States.

  • Provide support to the lending areas by reviewing the accuracy of consumer and mortgage loans from conditional approval to closing.
  • Contact customer directly to obtain conditions placed by lender or underwriter.
  • Review all required support materials, such as titles, and flood certifications to prepare files for closing.
  • Prepare required loan documentation for approved loan applications such as disclosures and Form 4506T.
  • Serve as a resource and provides support to customers, branches, and lending staff as needed.

The pay we are offering is 24 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • At least 1-3 years of Mortgage Loan processing experience
  • Banking experience – loan applications, sales, mortgage experience
