We're looking for a Service Desk Analyst, working in the Government/Military industry in Phoenix, Arizona, United States.
Serve as a first line of interaction the customers has with the department.
Support internal customers of the department.
Document the customers' needs.
Understand IT services structure to escalate calls and troubleshoot.
Support desktop applications, web based applications, client/server applications, computer/networking hardware, standard operating systems, MVD third party software applications, and internally developed custom applications.
The pay range we're offering is 10 to 16 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
Associate's Degree in a related field is preferred
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year current working experience in an IT field.
Experience in a call center environment supporting Windows 7 and 10 and Office 2013.
Working knowledge of customer service principles and processes
Knowledge of desktop applications, web-based applications, client/server applications, computer/networking hardware, standard operating systems, and common third-party software applications.
