We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in the Retail industry in Phoenix, Arizona, United States.
Respond to requests received in the Participant Services Area from Participants, Account Managers, internal customers, Clients and Quality Assurance relative to customer service experiences and concerns within the Pharmacy
Assemble comprehensive detail of events, identify gaps in service and processes
The pay we are offering is 15 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.
