The Opportunity

We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst, working in the Insurance industry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States.

  • Works with stakeholders on process improvement projects designed to improve results.
  • Gathers and analyzes information and provides recommendations to address and resolve root causes.
  • Evaluates/researches business problems and their relationship to technology.
  • Leads business process re-engineering efforts.
  • Organizes and presents ideas in a convincing and compelling manner.
  • Understands the value of a process-centric approach to business analysis.
  • Tackles complex business/systems problems and convey this information to stakeholders (includes technical teams for translation into solution design).
  • Identifies process, technology, and organizational role changes necessary to support business goals and objectives.
  • Facilitates dialogue across functional areas and provides consultative direction.

The pay we are offering is 54 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • 5 years experience in Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst role or equivalent experience
  • Experience in multiple and diverse environments and applications
  • Knowledge and experience in all major functions, issues, and considerations of the subject matter
  • Experience working with cross-functional projects/project teams
  • Experience in Healthcare Industry preferred
  • Previous experience in a leadership role in establishing standards, policies strategy, and best practice
  • Ability to influence a wide or high-impact decisions and initiatives and has a theoretical background and understanding of the subject matter
  • Ability to dialogue and negotiate with all levels of stakeholders
  • Capable of managing manage a diverse and complex suite of projects simultaneously
