We're looking for a Patient Service Representative, working in the Healthcare Systems & Services industry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States.
Receives and processes payments associated with services rendered and reconciles daily services and activities.
Greets patients and families in a professional and customer friendly manner.
Ensures essential patient information is properly collected and entered into the hospital registration system.
Completes financial/consent forms if necessary and assists families with financial guidance of insurance coverage (as needed).
Schedules patients for appointments according to pre-established practice guidelines (as needed).
The pay range we're offering is 10 to 12 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
High School graduate with three (3) years of experience in Healthcare and /or Physician Billing and/or Registration and/or Medical Office.
Bachelor’s degree or college equivalent preferred.
Customer Service background required.
EPIC Registration and Scheduling Training experience required
EPIC Training Certification required yearly.
Working knowledge of computers
