We are looking for a O365 Administrator, working in the Travel, Transport & Logistics industry in Parsippany, New Jersey, United States.
Support Windows Active Directory Services, and the Office 365 suite of cloud-based services to include email messaging, collaboration, and services within multi-platform mission critical environment.
Ensure that system related procedures adhere to enterprise organization standards and best practice.
Act independently or as part of a team.
Resolve Tier 2-3 trouble tickets using technical support tools and procedures while meeting service level agreement standards.
Report to the Director, Infrastructure Services and will participate in, but not limited to, operational support issues pertaining to on premise enterprise systems and services, as well as, off-premise Office 365 cloud-based services.
The pay range we are offering is 50 to 52 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
Experience with O365/Active Directory Service request, Incidents, and Change Requests with the SLA
Experience working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple products across the organization
