The Opportunity

We're looking for a Social Media Coordinator, working in the Travel, Transport & Logistics industry in Orange City, Florida, United States.

  • Work in a fast-paced, customer-obsessed environment with passionate team members who are focused on quality and execution.
  • Engage with customers across a variety of social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Monitor, tag, engage and interact online conversations within the organization brands on social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Support the social media team in the planning and execution of a monthly content posting calendar which is in sync with marketing campaigns, events and promotions of the company.
  • Develop a stronger sense of community with our followers and customers.
  • Actively involve in the social media space, with a proven understanding of how to use social platforms to engage and build audiences

The pay we're offering is 29 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or similar
  • 3 years experience with Social Media community management.
  • Excellent writing skills and able to convey the same message in multiple ways.
  • Strong ability to partner with several teams and be comfortable making calls when to escalate issues to various stakeholders
  • Strong time management skills, team contributor, detail oriented and organized
