The Opportunity

We're looking for an Injection Molding Process Technician, working in the Pharmaceuticals & Medical Products industry in Opelika, Alabama, United States.

  • Perform manufacturing procedures and associated documentation of injection molding of plastic parts and assembly of these parts in accordance with written procedures.
  • Perform quality checks for manufactured parts, identify defective materials and alert Production Unit Lead of unusual trends for corrective action.
  • Perform minor trouble shooting to assist in identifying equipment problems as they occur and initiates appropriate support function interventions.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of mold design and construction
  • Extensive and practical knowledge of different materials and their workability, especially in the field of thermoplastics
