We're looking for a Recruiter, working in the Insurance industry in Olathe, Kansas, United States.
Perform full lifecycle recruitment while maintaining excellent relationships.
Manage a portfolio of positions/requisitions for a large function within a line of business or for multiple departments or multiple types of positions.
Evaluate applicants to the position and is directly responsible for hiring manager relationships and ensuring hiring manager needs are being met for new hires on their team.
Conduct hiring manager intake meetings and evaluate the best sources for the talent needed.
Provide feedback and assessments of talent to the hiring managers and orchestrate the appropriate interview process/experience and ensures that the client's culture is accurately represented.
The pay range we're offering is 23 - 25 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
High school diploma or GED
3+ years corporate recruiting experience
High-volume recruiting experience
Insurance industry knowledge a plus
