The Opportunity

We're looking for a Data Analyst, working in the Banking/Finance industry in Norfolk, Virginia, United States.

  • Integrate in-depth understanding of business needs, processes and customer interactions and implements appropriate documentation and display methodologies.
  • Define business solutions using business and knowledge management expertise.
  • Research and organize policies, processes and procedures.
  • Analyze data gathered to identify gaps and map process/procedures.
  • Drive results by documenting findings and prepare business recommendations and improvements.
  • Document detailed and complex specifications for the development of content, websites, and interactive tools/procedures.
  • Deal with problems independently and has latitude to solve complex problems.
  • Conduct project meetings and propose best method to present content.
  • Apply project management skills with short and long term projects simultaneously.
  • Develop content and validate requests for quality and accuracy.

The pay we are offering is 30 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of Branch or Call Center experience
  • Mastery of technical and procedure writing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and probing skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management, and attention to detail skills
  • Team oriented, accountable, self motivated, and disciplined
  • Proficient with MS Office Tools
  • An understanding of HTML is preferred
  • Project Management Skills
  • Conceptual understanding of Knowledgeware Development
