We're looking for a Third Party Lending Associate, working in the Real Estate industry in New York, New York, United States.
Helps manage a pipeline of active loans from when a customer commits to working through the closing of their mortgage and works with lenders and third parties to ensure loans close seamlessly and on time.
Facilitates transparency and clear communication between all parties involved in the loan transaction.
Assists with day-to-day tasks including replying to emails and chats, requesting action items from customers, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with our partners to close loans seamlessly.
Collects and reviews all information and documentation to efficiently close a loan.
Identifies operational bottlenecks and pain points, and collaborates with the broader team to develop and implement short and long-term solutions.
The pay we are offering is 60,000 per year.

Experience Required for Your Success
Bachelor's degree is required.
2+ years of relevant experience is required.
Experience in finance, business, mathematics, mortgage, operations, or financial services are preferred.
