We're looking for a Project Manager, working in the Banking/Finance industry in New York, New York, United States.
Report directly to COO or CAO in providing updates on projects and activities of the department.
Perform routine business analysis using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining.
Research best practices and support developing the solutions and recommendations for the current business operations.
Work with the internal or external client to identify analytical requirements.
Gather and document all project results and then report or present them to the appropriate parties.
Report on the success of the project and any setbacks that were encountered or room for improvement.
Assist in developing or implementing systems to capture business operation information.
The pay range we are offering is 65 to 80 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
MBA degree (Certifications are nice to have)
10+ years of experience within data/technology environment preferably in the Banking and Finance domain
Excellent Skills in Microsoft Excel; should be able to have strong background using pivot tables, lookup, etc.
Experience in communicating reports and updates with senior level executives using Microsoft Powerpoint or any similar application
Project Management experience will be ideal
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving and organizational skills with high-level attention to details
