We're looking for a Oracle Developer, working in the Banking/Finance industry in New York, New York, United States.
Assist with design, development and implementation of service management database architecture.
Perform analysis and end-to-end execution from road map to implementation of database consolidations, migrations, conversions and upgrades.
Drive design build and management of large, complex oracle database running on oracle environments on exadata.
Participate in planning and executing database migrations, application software upgrades/migrations.
Provide proactive input into design issues/constraints and impact analysis of changes.
Manage logins and user accounts, including assigning database object permissions and ancillary privileges.
Schedule and manage jobs for data transfers, procedures and monitor performance and impact on operations.
Create and maintain database documentation, including standards and procedures, training materials, and metadata (data dictionary)
Perform ad-hoc reviews and updates as required to resolve data discrepancies.
The pay range we're offering is 75 to 85 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
5-6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Databases
5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing large-scale ETL processes, including data initialization, loading and conversion
5+ years of hands-on experience with database performance tuning operations
2+ years of hands-on experience working with exadata is a huge bonus
2+ years of hands-on experience with ITIL principles is a bonus
