We're looking for a Helpdesk Support Engineer III, working in the Banking/Finance industry in New York, New York, United States.
Provide client support and system monitoring
Perform and prepare backup tapes for storage and conduct and monitor computer processing
Conduct backups and provide technical support to clients
Monitor the status of equipment such as PCs, printers
Perform file transfers
Troubleshoot issues to a resolution
The pay range we're offering is 30 to 35 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
Associate's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience is required
5+ yrs of hands on experience expertise in MS Windows XP and application installation is a must
5+ yrs of hands on experience doing troubleshooting, and working with customers is needed
3+ yrs of hands on experience working with financial and market data applications is a must
Some hands on experience working with Bloomberg in particular is a must
