We're looking for a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant, working in the Banking/Finance industry in New York, New York, United States.
Performs secretarial and clerical duties for one or more people.
Answers, places, and screens telephone calls.
Schedules appointments and makes travel arrangements.
Distributes mail, receives visitors, maintains files, prepares correspondence and reports.
Takes dictation or transcription.
The pay we are offering is 25 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
5 years of experience
Knowledge of one or more word processing programs and basic on-the-job PC experience producing general memos and letters
Ability to perform general functions such as start-up, deleting, saving, and printing
Ability to perform general clerical functions
Excellent communication skills
