The Opportunity

We're looking for a Loan Documents Processor, working in the Banking/Finance industry in New Castle, Delaware, United States.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal clients to ensure delivery of private bank products to clients.
  • Ensure daily processing of all loan activity including utilization of the product processors.
  • Ensure all activity conducted in accordance with audit policy, procedure and appropriate controls.
  • Maintain or exceed key performance identifiers at or above published expectations.
  • Ensure compliance of all activity within the terms of applicable credit agreement.
  • Provide feedback to management of any potential client or control issues within the Operations team.
  • Identify process or procedural improvements within the Operations group with both internal and external partners to create efficiencies.

The pay we are offering is 23 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent job experience.
  • Customer/client facing experience in a financial institution or related industry a plus.
  • Experience with accounting and reconciliation a plus.
  • Previous experience with Flexcube product processor is a plus.
  • Superb written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with focus on Word and Excel.
  • Must be able to handle highly demanding counterparties and desks.
  • Must think independently and resolve potential issues for future processing while being able to work in a team environment.
