The Opportunity

We're looking for a Reimbursement Specialist, working in the Healthcare Systems & Services industry in Nashville, Tennessee, United States.

  • Providing follow-up to resolve outstanding claims to ensure maximum reimbursement for services provided.
  • Taking the appropriate action to ensure all payments are received and all claims are resolved in a timely manner in accordance with departmental polices, procedures, and standards.
  • Providing customer service, billing, submission, timely follow-up, denial management, refunds, and appeal functions for insurance claims and patient balances, as necessary.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Two years of experience in a physician practice setting or central billing office is required.
  • Detailed knowledge of billing, HCPCS, CPT and ICD codes.
  • Experience with Medicare/Medicaid/Third payers is also required.
