We're looking for a UX Researcher III, working in the IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in Mountain View, California, United States.
Plan and conduct end-to-end UX research at the foundational, exploratory, and evaluative phases of the product development life cycle.
Collect and analyze user insights via various qualitative and quantitative methods.
Work with designers, product managers, engineers and research managers to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research.
Evangelize research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations.
The pay range we're offering is 50 to 55 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
BA/BS degree or Master's degree in Anthropology, Human Factors, Psychology, HCI/Computer Science or other related fields or equivalent practical experience
3 to 5+ years experience in the UX Research field
2+ years experience in enterprise healthcare
UX Research methods either live or remote such as semi-structured interviews, concept/design feedback studies, usability studies, click tests/tree tests/card sorts, user-centered design workshops/sprints
Strong understanding of strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product development phase
Specific experience with medical imaging or ML models
