We are looking for a Project Manager, working in the IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in Mountain View, California, United States.
Perform day-to-day management of the workflow queues such as applications, appeals, video reviews and business reviews.
Manage provider appeals and policy escalations.
Participate in calibration meetings, vendor SLA and QA reporting.
Present program data periodically to operations leadership and other cross-functional stakeholders.
The pay range we are offering is 55 to 59 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
BA/BS degree in Business or Business management, or 3+ years equivalent experience
3+ years equivalent experience in a Policy Enforcement role, Business Integrity role, or similar
3 years of experience in a PM role
3 years of experience using a spreadsheet program to generate reports
