The Opportunity

We're looking for a Program Manager III, working in the IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in Mountain View, California, United States.

  • Support contract renewals of 15 SOWs with multiple entities, purchase order processing, and invoice approvals. 
  • Track overall execution and operational performance of the vendor workforce, in terms of services and deliverables, quality, and timeliness.
  • Drive optimal utilization of resources and smooth execution of projects, including planning, execution, and tracking. 
  • Follow up on monthly and quarterly business reviews with vendors, and maintain regular dashboards for reports and updates to key stakeholders. 
  • Manage multiple vendor resources, process and performance reviews.
  • Drive and monitor capacity planning and execution accordingly.
  • Identify new service and process improvement opportunities in all relevant metrics

The pay range we're offering is 50 to 55 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience managing large scale vendor operations.
  • Experience with outsourcing (including offshore) strategy and contracting requirements.
  • Understanding of structured process management systems
  • Knowledge of financial performance framework to track and report against budgets.
  • Industry experience in mobile apps and games business.
