We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in the Retail industry in Monroeville, Pennsylvania, United States.
Receive inbound calls from patients with questions regarding bills received
Provide excellent customer service to the patient by providing quick and accurate resolution
Resolve patient issues that may have resulted from incorrect or incomplete information
Work closely with all internal departments to address patient billing questions
The pay we're offering is 14 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.
